Is there a major difference of outcomes between the two programs? CSI program appears to be more time flexible but also takes a longer period of time to complete and the Intensive Academy is a 6 week course.
Does one receive the same certificate from either and the main difference being the time required to complete?
If someone could shed some light on this for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
The content, requirements, and certificate are the same for both the CSI Academy (intensive six-week format) and the year-round program.
The CSI Academy (intensive six-week format) is offered twice a year--summer and winter. For the year-round format each course is offered once a year (except the Practicum is usually offered twice a year). It is possible to finish the year-round format in one year but most students take a little longer than a year to finish.
By the way, as of last week there were only two openings left in the 2018 Summer CSI Academy (the maximum number of students in the CSI Academy is 20) but there will be a waiting list in case of cancellations. The Academy program gets students from all over the United States.
