Forensic toxicology question

Are all prescription and over the counter drugs tested in a post mortem examination?

No.  If a sample is sent to the Toxicology Lab, they have the big standards that they check for (meth, cocaine, THC, etc).... but they do not test for all of them.  Depending on the case, a request can be made to test for certain drugs that are not on the standard list.    
   It's just not time/financially feasible to test for everything.
