Jobs to prepare to become a CSI, not yet attending college.
Okay, so I am a high school graduate, class of 2011. I will be starting college in the fall to major in Forensic Science. But right now I am trying to find a summer job. I have a job research paper to fill out for this program I am in, but I am unsure of what jobs I could be eligible for at this moment that would help me in the future. Also I am 18 years old and currently have 7 credit hours and a 4.0 GPA from my college.

Does your college use student workers in their labs? Talk to a teacher or technician in the biology, chemistry or another laboratory science department and see if they do this. If so, you will probably spend most of your time washing glassware and doing other basic stuff, but it's good experience seeing how things work and learning stuff like chemical safety.
I don't know what your college's policies are. They might have a full/part time spring student requirement to work there in the summer. Try anyway and if they say they can't pay you, offer to volunteer until you meet the criteria. That goes for other positions too: if you can't find a paying job, volunteer.
