Missing or Murder?

Belry
This post was updated on .
A person was missing, after 4 days the body was found in a creek bloated and the pants pulled below the buttock. The picture taken by the uncle of this missing person was that of a body with the face down lying in the ambulance completely covered with a thick green sheet, only the feet and the left arm exposed; revealing the tattoo on his left arm, and a dry clean towel over the green sheet. A video showing the dead body decomposed on the face,  with no tattoo on the left arm and a drenched mucky towel lying in the post mortem tray. When the mother questioned her brother why was the towel on the body in the ambulance, he explained that he had used it to fish the body out of the creek. If that was so why was the towel on one body dry without any muck, that showed the tattoo marks on the left arm and that in the post mortem tray mucky and wet? .The body in the post mortem tray had no tattoo mark on the left arm and the left hand was covered with a newspaper.
The friends claimed that the boy was hit by a train and thrown into the creek. The double bound wrist band was found the following day at the bottom of the creek by one of his friends, while his zipped jacket was carried away by the water current (the uncle's reply to the mother)  The boy's keys were missing and it was said that the keys were thrown out of the pocket when the boy fell into the creek. However his mobile was found inside his pocket, without the slightest scratch. The third pic revealed a body floating face down in the creek with the pants below the buttock, the shoes slipping off the feet and the sleeves were unfolded,  whereas the pic in the ambulance had the sleeves folded up to the elbow.
When the body was fished out of the creek both the shoes slipped off the feet
The explanation for the pants below the buttock was that due to the force of the water in the creek.
The friends had passed the message that the boy is no more on the second day.
One of the friends called up the boy's father asking him not to fetch the body home after the post mortem as the mother said that she did not want the body. The same friend also confessed to the mother that he knew the boy had passed away on the second day itself.
The boy had also worn a cap which was not found.
According to the call history taken it revealed that the boy had called his friend from 7.24 pm to 7:44 pm and at 8:00 pm the message reveals, "Why are you not picking up my phone?"

Why were the pants below the buttock on the dead body?
