It is possible to identify human muscle protein in human feces and the only way for it to get there is if the person actually consumed human muscle tissue. Bleeding in the digestive tract would not cause the same result. That is how it was proved that some of the Anasazi were cannibalized toward the end of their civilization. Something similar might be possible with dog feces. Hope that helps!
